For Imperial College NHS, we facilitated a co-design process to improve learning from feedback in hospital wards.
For Imperial College NHS, we facilitated a co-design process to provide a roadmap for the implementation of a user insight and quality improvement package for wards across all four of their hospital sites. The process involved stakeholders including hospital staff, lay partners, and patients. The aim of the project was to co-design an improved process for using patient feedback effectively; supporting the NHS to enhance staff learning and engagement, and foster more equitable, higher-quality care delivery.
